The Meadow Home is located in a residential neighborhood. This program is oriented particularly well for moderate to intensive substance abuse clients. They use both public and home study school programs and maintain an active recreational program.  Our new case worker, Sean Krack, is a die hard sports fan dedicated to equipping children with the tools they need to be successful in their lives.
