Employment Opportunities

The entire corporation is directed by an Executive Director: Richard Barna, CADC, a licensed Drug and Alcohol Therapist. He reports to a nine person Board of Directors made up of two employees of the corporation (Exec Dir and CFO) and seven local professionals. The corporation hires employees in three primary areas:

Administration: Executive Director, Financial Officer, Accounting Assistant, Maintenance Director
Social Work/Casework: Residential Supervisor, MFT, MFT Candidate, MFTI and 4 Childcare Supervisors
Childcare Workers: These are the backbone of the agency. They include counselors, house managers, outdoor specialists and tutors.
